Squats – What Are They and Why They Rock.
February 20, 2025❤️ Work out together, stay strong together! This month of love, grab your partner and try these fun and effective workouts:
🔥 Squat Holds with Hand Resistance
- One partner holds a squat while the other pushes against their hands for resistance. The idea is to stay in position and work those abs! Alternate after 10-15 seconds. 🔥
🖐️ Partner Plank High-Fives
- Get into a plank position facing each other. High-five with opposite hands while keeping your core tight. Aim for 10-15 reps.
💪 Resistance Band Rows
- Face each other, holding opposite ends of a resistance band. Step back, engage your back muscles, and pull the band simultaneously. Repeat for 10-12 reps.
💥 Wheelbarrow Push-Ups
- One partner supports the other’s legs while they do push-ups. Switch roles after 8-10 reps. Core and arm strength FTW!
🎵 Dance-Fit Challenge
- Pick your favourite dance track and follow each other’s moves! A fun way to bond and burn calories.
