π Pilates/Yoga: Build strength and flexibility with mindful movements. Not only are Yoga and Pilates great ways to get strong and flexible β it can also do wonders for your emotional- and mental well-being as well.
π Cardio Fun: Turn your walks or jogs into playful challenges, by mixing up your usual routine with some music! Then try to add something for every song, for example: increasing your intensity from a walk to a light jog for a track, or doing burpees on the spot for the chorus. Just remember to have fun!
